Applicability: All models equipped with slide packboard P/No 416T2003-14 or slide/raft packboard P/No 416T2003-15.
Requirement: Action in accordance with Boeing S.B. 767-25-A0071 R.1.
Note: FAA AD 86-07-10 refers.
Compliance: Prior to 30 September 1986.
Background: Failure of the door mounted escape slide to inflate automatically during deployment is attributed to binding and corrosion of the release mechanism. Aircraft modified per the original Service Bulletin require additional work.
