Requirement: Boeing Alert Service Bulletin 767-36A0015. Compliance: As detailed in the requirement document. Background: The manufacturer has reported an incident where a failure of the PRSOV caused the pneumatic ducting to be subjected to high pressure air. Considerable damage resulted and jamming of the flap and breakage of the throttle control occurred.
