Requirement: 1. Unless already accomplished, modify the off-wing evacuation system in accordance with Boeing Service Bulletin 767-25-0120. 2. Unless already accomplished, modify the off-wing evacuation system by replacing the escape system actuator in accordance with Boeing Alert Service Bulletin 767- 25A 0131 or Boeing Service Bulletin 767-25-0011 Revision 2 or Revision 3. Note: FAA AD 90-15-05 Amdt 39-6654 refers. Compliance: Prior to 1 January 1992. Background: This AD is issued in response to reports of failures of the evacuation system due to installation errors and equipment malfunctions.
