Evacuation Slide 1/96
Applicability: All Series BAe 146 and Avro 146-RJ aircraft equipped with Air Cruisers Evacuation Slide Part No. D31005-Series and Slide Serial Numbers as listed in the Requirement Document.
Requirement: Inspect and modify the evacuation slide in accordance with British Aerospace Mandatory Service Bulletin 25-328 Rev. 3.
Note: Air Cruisers SB 201-25-17 Rev. 2 refers.
Compliance: As specified in the Requirement Document, with a revised modification compliance date of 4 April 1996.
Background: The Evacuation Slide manufacturer informed BAe that a batch of inflation valves installed to certain Evacuation Slides, may fail to deploy the slide automatically on demand. This amendment incorporates a modification to the inflation valves.
