Requirement: 1. Action in accordance with BAe SB 32-A95.
2. Modify in accordance with BAe SB 32-95-70409A.

Background: Insecurity of the steering cuff ring nut has resulted in unscrewing of the ring nut. This allows the steering cuff to drop resulting in a loss of nose wheel steering. Amdt 1 provides for terminating action.
