Horizontal Stabiliser Forward Spar Web Rivets

Applicability: Model 200 and B200 with serial numbers BB-2 through BB-785.
Model 200C with serial numbers BL-1 through BL-17.
Model 200T with serial numbers BT-1 through BT-16, and BT-18.
Requirement: Action in accordance with Beechcraft Service Instruction 1192.
Compliance: Prior to the accumulation of 2000 hours time in service, and thereafter at intervals not to exceed 500 hours time in service, until all rivets are replaced with screws in accordance with the Requirement Document.
The compliance time of the initial issue of this Directive was 31 October 1981. This Amendment is effective from 31 March 1994. Background: Rivets were found to be "working" in the horizontal stabiliser forward spar web.
Amendment 1 is issued to introduce a terminating action for the on-going repetitive inspections.
