Model A200 CT with S/N BP-59 through BP-63. Model B200 C with S/N BP-64 through BP-66 and BV-1 through BV-8. Any aircraft which may have installed a replacement aileron for any reason subsequent to 1 January 1985. Requirement: Action in accordance with Beechcraft Mandatory SB No 2256. Note: FAA AD 89-22-14 refers. Compliance: Prior to exceeding 100 hours time in service after 25 January 1990 or at the next scheduled inspection for issue of a Maintenance Release after 25 January 1990, whichever occurs later. Background: Country of origin AD. Foam may retain water and create an aileron out of balance condition. The out of balance limit could result in control surface flutter.
