Beechcraft 19, 23 and 24 Series Aeroplanes
AD/BEECH 23/33 Fuel Selector Valve 8/77
Applicability: Models A23-19, 19A, M19A, B19 with S/Nos. MB-1 to MB-654, 23, A23, A23A, B23 and C23 with S/Nos. M-2 to M-1516; A23-24 and A24 with S/Nos. MA-1 to MA-368; A24R and B24R with S/Nos. MC-2 to MC-180.
Requirement: 1. Unless previously installed under Beechcraft SI No. 0364-289 Rev 3, replace fuel selector guard with a new guard as detailed in Beechcraft SI No. 0838.
2. Inspect fuel selector guard for correct unusable fuel quantity placard in accordance with Beechcraft SI No. 0838.
3. Check for freedom from binding and for correct shut-off of the fuel selector valve in accordance with Beechcraft SI No. 0364-289 Revision 3.
Note: Para. 3 is not applicable to aircraft fitted with P/N 169-380086-1 fuel selector valves.
Compliance: For Paras. 1 and 2 - Within 100 hours time in service after 31 August 1977.
For Para. 3 - Within 100 hours time in service after 31 August 1977 and thereafter at intervals not exceeding 100 hours time in service.
