AD/BEECH 90/90 Leading Edge Fuel Tanks 12/93
Applicability: All B90, C90 and C90A aircraft S/N LJ-489 thru to LJ-1318 inclusive. Requirement: Action in accordance with Beechcraft Mandatory Service Bulletin No 2475. Note: FAA AD 93-17-01 amdt 39-8671 refers.
Compliance: Unless previously carried out within 150 hours' time in service from 11 November 1993.
Background: Misalignment of the fuel line resulting in cracking of the fuel cell nipples have been reported. Failure to detect and repair a damaged fuel cell nipple could result in fuel leaks and possible aircraft fire.
