AD/BELL 206/61 Main Rotor Hub Yoke - Inspection and Rework 10/74
Applicability: All model 206 fitted with main rotor hub yoke P/N 206-010-101-1, -5, -9 and -13. Document: Bell SB 206-04-1-74-1, Rev. A. Note: Agusta SB No. BT206-84 refers.
Compliance: Part 1, Inspection: At each daily or overnight inspection.
Note: For aircraft maintained in accordance with ANO 100.5.1 this Directive shall be entered on the maintenance release as maintenance required. The inspection may be performed by the pilot in command, in which case certification is not required. In all other cases certification may be made on the maintenance release. This inspection may also be performed and certified by any Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer.
Part II, Rework: Within 1200 hours time in service, or when next the main rotor hub is removed for any reason, or not later than 31 December 1974, whichever occurs first.
