Transmission Spider - Inspection and Life Limitation

Applicability: All models fitted with transmission spider P/N 206-040- 041-001. Document: Bell SB No. 206A-14, Rev. B. Note: Agusta SB No. BT206-37 refers.
Compliance: 1. All spiders with 450 hours or more total time in service must be retired within 50 hours time in service.
2. All spiders with less than 450 hours total time in service must be retired at or before 500 hours total time in service.
3. All transmissions fitted with spiders that have 300 hours or more total time in service must have the magnetic plug checked for metal particles at each daily or overnight inspection.
