Applicability: All models Bell 206L-1 with S/Nos. 45154 to 45448 except as noted in Bell ASB 206L-80-13, and single pilot IFR equipped models listed in ASB 206L-81-19.

Compliance: Within 100 hours time in service after 30 September 1981.
