Applicability: All model 412 helicopters if fitted with Swashplate Support Assembly P/N 412-010- 453-101.
Requirement: Action in accordance with Bell Alert Service Bulletin 412-92-57 Rev A and 412-92- 58.
Compliance: 1. For compliance with ASB 412-97-57 Rev A,
Part I Daily after receipt of this Directive, and
Part II Within 10 hours time in service after 10 February 1992; and
2. For compliance with ASB 412-92-58, before further flight after receipt of this directive.
