Bell Helicopter Textron 412 Series Helicopters
AD/BELL 412/34 Swashplate Support 5/95 DM
Applicability: All Bell model 412 series helicopters, S/N 33001 to 33159 and S/N 34001 to 34024, fitted with swashplate support P/N 412-010-409-105 or 412-010-443-101.
Requirement: 1. Perform a close detailed visual inspection of the Swashplate Support.
Inspect in accordance with Bell Alert Service Bulletin (ASB) 412-93-71, Accomplishment Instructions Part I.
2. Remove installed Swashplate Support (P/N 412-010-409-105 or 412-012-443-101) and replace with new P/N 412-010-453-105.
Remove and replace in accordance with Bell ASB 412-93-71, Accomplishment Instructions Part II.
Compliance: 1. Inspect in accordance with Requirement 1 before further flight after 22 March 1995. Reinspect at each 25 hour inspection until replaced in accordance with Requirement 2.
2. Remove and replace in accordance with Requirement 2 within 400 hours time in service after 27 April 1995 or before 31 December 1995 whichever is the later.
