Consolidation of Certain Early Airworthiness Directives - Older Model Bell 47

Applicability: All model Bell 47 Series.
Requirement: As applicable to the particular helicopter, comply with the following: Bell 47 Service Bulletins: 64, 69, 71, 72, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80, 81, 82, 83, 84, 86, 87, 90, 96, 97, 98, 99, 103, 104, 106, 108, 113, 114, 116, 118, 119, 120, 121, 124, 126, 127, 129, 130, 132, 136, 137, 140, 141, 144, 145.
FAA ADs: 73-19-4, 80-23-02 Amdt 39-3971 and 85-15-04.
Compliance: Prior to issue of Certificate of Airworthiness.
Background: To reduce operators administrative work load, early modifications and one-time inspections to older model 47 helicopters have been consolidated above. This AD has been amended to include SB 127 and FAA ADs applicable to cancelled ADs for which a Service Bulletin was not referenced.
