Applicability: All Model C-212 Series aircraft.
Requirement: Action in accordance with the Technical Requirements of FAA AD 91-03-10 Amdt 39-6883.
Compliance: As specified in the Requirement Document but with a revised effectivity date of 18 April 1991 for Australian registered aircraft.
Background: Inflight movement of the propeller speed and pitch settings into the ground operation mode have been reported and has caused one fatal accident. This modification will prevent use of propeller ground settings in flight.
