Flap Bellcrank Attachment Mounting Brackets - Inspection and Modification

Applicability: All models P68, P68B, P68C, P68C-TC and P68 observer aircraft with S/Nos. to 277. Document: Partenavia SB 56. Note: R.A.I. AD No. 82-228/P68-27 Rev. 1 refers. Compliance: 1. Unless already accomplished, inspect within 10 hours time in service after 22 September, 1982 for aircraft with more than 500 hours time in service.
2. Repeat inspection at intervals not exceeding 100 hours time in service until modified.
Modify within 500 hours time in service after 31 March, 1983.
Background: Cracks in the area of the bellcrank attachment hole have been reported.
This AD has been amended to reference the service bulletin and modification requirements.
