Requirement: Check torque AN4-6A bolts securing the horizontal stabilator torque tube brackets to fuselage frame. If necessary retorque to correct torque value 78-83 LB inches. Note: RAI AD 83-3 and Partenavia SB No. 57 refer. Compliance: Before further flight.
