Applicability: Model P68 series with serial numbers up to and including 327. Requirement: Action in accordance with the technical requirements of RAI AD 91-272. Note: Partenavia SB 85 refers.
Compliance: Unless already accomplished; as specified in the Requirement Document but with a revised modification accomplishment date of 31 January 1992 for Australian registered aircraft.
Background: This Directive initially requires the introduction of airspeed limitations. These limitations are subsequently removed when a modification to the horizontal tailplane is incorporated. The compliance time required by the RAI is extended by one month.
