Installation of Vne Placard and Stabilator - Modification

Applicability: Model PA-30 with S/Nos. 853 and 902 to 1253.
Requirement: Rebalance the stabilator in accordance with Piper SB No. 229A and placard the airspeed indicator to show a never exceed speed (Vne) of 206 Kts. IAS.
