Applicability: Skyhook reserve pilotchutes P/n 2233-( ) serial numbers 2405 to 5551 inclusive. Requirement: Action in accordance with Rigging Innovations SB 1513 Rev A dated 22 June 1992. Note: FAA AD 93-08-02 Amdt. 39-8549 refers.
Compliance: Prior to 30 November 1993.
