AD/PC-12/6 Elevator 4/97
Applicability: Model PC-12 aircraft with serial numbers 101, 105 through 107, 109 through 112, 114 , 115, 117 through 120, 122 through 125, 129, 131 through 140, 142, and 146.
Requirement: Inspect in accordance with Pilatus Aircraft Service Bulletin 55-001.
Note: FOCA Switzerland AD HB 96 535 refers.
Compliance: Within 12 months or 200 hours time in service after 27 March 1997, whichever occurs first.
Background: A non-conformance with the elevator build specification was detected on the aircraft assembly line. The short term structural integrity of the elevator is not effected. This Directive requires an inspection to detect possible anomalies, and where necessary, repair of the elevator.
