COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA (Civil Aviation Regulations 1998), PART 39 - 105 CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY AUTHORITY SCHEDULE OF AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVES Transavia PL 12 Series Aeroplanes AD/PL 12/11 Amdt 1 Nose Wheel Pivot Pin - Inspection and Replacement 5/75 Applicability: All models with S/Nos. prior to G576 not incorporating SB No. 27. Requirement: 1. Check nosewheel pivot pin P/N 6-24 for correct torque in accordance with Transavia PL-12 Maintenance Manual. 2. Replace nose wheel pivot pin if torque is found incorrect. 3. Remove pivot pin and inspect for wear, cracks and signs of abnormal loading. Compliance: For Para. 1 - Within 10 hours time in service after 10 September 1973. For Para. 2 - Before further flight. For Para. 3 - At next inspection for issue of maintenance release completed after 10 September 1973 and thereafter at intervals not exceeding 100 hours time in service.
