Nose Wheel Pivot Leg 2/89
Applicability: PL 12, PL 12U, PL 12/T320, PL 12/T300 fitted with trailing arm nose wheel assembly.
Requirement: 1. Modify the nose wheel pivot leg by the addition of items -1 to -6 of Transavia Drawing 6-60 Issue B, following the sequence set out in the drawing. This drawing is called up in SB 24. 2. Inspect the nose wheel pivot leg in accordance with Transavia SB No. 24. Compliance: For Para. 1 - Within 100 hours time in service after 31 July 1974 but not later than 1 September 1974.
For Para. 2 - At intervals not exceeding 100 hours time in service.
Background: This Amendment deletes "All models" from the "Applicability" and reflects design and manufacturing improvements to later model aircraft.
