Requirement: Carry out a ground feathering check in accordance with Dowty Rotol Service bulletin 61-A995. Compliance: (i) On fitment to the Aircraft prior to its first flight. (ii) For those propellers already installed, no later than 14 January 1984. Background: In order to check that no undetected assembly failure exists, the manufacturer has deemed it necessary to carry out a once only feathering check.
