AD/RES/19 Am-Safe Harness Buckle Assemblies 4/87
Applicability: Am-Safe restraint system assemblies P/Nos 501825-403, 501907-401, 501907-403, 501907-405 502061-401, 502147-401, 502147-403;
Requirement: Inspect the male portion/s of the buckle assembly. Remove from service any connector identified as Lot 04. Am-Safe Mandatory SB AS 001 refers.
Compliance: Prior to the issue of the next Maintenance Release after 9 April 1987 or within 100 hours time in service after 9 April 1987 whichever is later.
Background: There is a possibility that items from the subject batch may dislodge from the buckle if a side load is applied to the assembly.
