Requirement: Action in accordance with the Requirements of Rolls Royce SB Sp 72-932 Rev 1. Note: Reference Documents: 1. Fokker SB F28/72-6. 2. Netherlands AD Fokker F28 BLA nr. 87-62. Compliance: In accordance with the Requirement Document. Background: This Directive has been issued to require HP turbine stage 2 disc retaining sleeves to be replaced at cycle lives listed in the Requirement document. This requirement follows advice of an uncontained turbine blade release event which resulted from failure of the subject sleeve.
