Applicability: All model S-76 with S/Nos. 76005 to 76007, 760001 to 760037.
Documents: 1. Sikorsky SB 76-53-10;
2. Sikorsky Drawings 76070-30001 and 76080-30007;
3. Sikorsky EO 83184 against Drawing 76303-07001; EO 83185 against Drawing 76302-07001; and EO 83189, EO 83190 and EO 83191 against Drawing 76080- 30006; or
4. FAA AD 80-02-10, Amendment 39-3717.
Compliance: Unless already accomplished, within 100 hours time in service after 30 June 1980.
Background: This Directive is varied to prevent structural failures of the engine air inlet cowl doors and in-flight opening of their attaching latch handles.
