Pitot Static Heaters 12/91 Requirement: Action in accordance with Shorts SB SD3-30-24-25 Revision 2. Note: UK CAA mandatory. Compliance: At next 'D' check or 4800 flight hours after 30 November 1990, whichever occurs later, but no later than 1 June 1992. Background: To prevent the loss of pitot heat whenever a generator fails. Amendment 1 to this AD is issued to reflect revised procedures introduced by Revision 2 to SB SD3-30-24-25.
