Horizontal Stabilizer Spar Webs 13/87
Applicability: All models SD3-60 aircraft with S/Nos SH 3601 through SH 3679 inclusive which have exceeded 8000 flights, and all models SD3-60 aircraft with S/Nos SH 3680 through SH 3691 inclusive and SH 3694 which have exceeded 12000 flights.
Requirement: Action in accordance with Shorts SB SD360-55-11 Rev 3. Compliance: Unless already accomplished: Part A: For aircraft with S/Nos SH 3601 through SH 3679; at the next scheduled inspection for Maintenance Release issue after 31 December 1987, and thereafter at intervals not exceeding 1000 flights, until modified in accordance with Shorts SB SD360-55-12 Rev 2.
Note: Aircraft referenced in Part A which have only used a 15 degree take-off flap configuration during their first 5000 flights may utilize the Part B compliance.
Part B: For aircraft with S/Nos SH 3680 through SH 3691 and SH 3694; at the next scheduled inspection for Maintenance Release issue after 31 December 1987, and thereafter at intervals not exceeding 1500 flights, until modified in accordance with Shorts SB SD360-55-12 Rev 2.
