AD/SD3-60/25 Shock Absorber Pin Locking Bolt 13/87
Applicability: Model SD3-60 equipped with Dowty Rotol nose gear Type Nos. 200921001 or 200921003.
Requirement: Action in accordance with Dowty Rotol Service Bulletin 32-29 SD.

Compliance: Within 100 hrs time in service after 31 December 1987.
Background: Reports have been received of the shock absorber lower pin working loose. After investigating one such case, the manufacturer found that the spherical radius of the lock bolt had worn and there could have been insufficient engagement of the lock bolt in the groove of the shock absorber pin.
