Applicability: SAAB SF 340 aircraft S/No's -004 through -106.
Requirement: Action in accordance with SAAB Service Bulletin SF340-28-006.
Note: Swedish Airworthiness Directive SAD No 1-025 refers.
Compliance: Prior to 6 October 1988.
Background: SAAB have advised that they have discovered that in some aircraft the fitting of a jumper assembly on the mid level and tank full optical sensors has been omitted. If not corrected, this could create a hazardous situation if a lightning strike occurs.
