SIAI Marchetti 260 Series Aeroplanes
AD/SM-260/16 Wing Main Spar Web 6/87
Applicability: All model F260, F260B, F260C and F260D with Serial Numbers up to and including 735.
Requirement: Action in accordance with SIAI Marchetti Service Bulletin No. 260-B50.
Note: RAI AD 86-199/F260-32 refers.
Compliance: 1. Initial Inspection.
(a) For aircraft which have achieved less than 1000 hours time in service as at 4 June 1987 - Prior to exceeding 1000 hours time in service or within 500 hours time in service after 4 June 1987, whichever is the later.
(b) For aircraft which have achieved 1000 or more hours time in service as at 4 June 1987, but less than 3000 hours - Within 500 hours time in service after 4 June 1987 or prior to exceeding 3100 hours, whichever is the sooner.
(c) For aircraft which have achieved 3000 or more hours time in service as at 4 June 1987 - Within 100 hours time in service after 4 June 1987.
2. Repeat Inspections. For all aircraft, repeat the inspections at intervals not exceeding 500 hours time in service until modified in accordance with the Requirement Document.
