SIAI Marchetti 260 Series Aeroplanes
AD/SM-260/19 Airspeed Indicator Markings 12/95
Applicability: This Directive is applicable to all F260, F260B, F260C and F260D aircraft, up to and including serial number 848.
Note: SIAI Marchetti advise that the Model F260 series may also be known or referred to as the Model SF260 series.
Requirement: Apply a black arc to the airspeed indicator (ASI) in accordance with SIAI Marchetti Service Bulletin 260B54.
Note: RAI AD 93-220 refers.
Compliance: Within 50 hours time in service from 9 November 1995.
Background: SIAI Marchetti have conducted a review of the aircraft operating speed ranges which lead to a reduction in the normal operating speed range, necessitating remarking of the ASI.
