Requirement: Action in accordance with Eurocopter Telex Service Nr 10063.S1/0176/93 dated 25 June 93. Telex Service No 01-36 R1 refers. Note: DGAC AD 93-106-050(B) refers. Compliance: Within 10 hours time in service from 30 July 1993. Background: The manufacturer has advised that a rotating scissors link suffered an in-flight failure in the shank bending radius of the swivel bearing.
