AD/S-PUMA/15 Amdt 1
Sling Installation - 3 Ton Cargo Hook 12/94
Applicability: Models C, C1, L and L1 equipped with a sling installation fitted with cargo hook Part Number AS21-7 with a mechanical emergency jettison control Part Number AS22- 25.
Requirement: Replace the mechanical emergency jettison control P/N AS22-25 with control P/N AS22-12.
Note: DGAC AD 94-150-052(B)R1 and AS 332 SB No. 01-38 R1 refer.
Compliance: The compliance of the original AD remains; Prior to next use of the cargo hook after 27 July 1994. This amendment is effective 10 November 1994.
Background: This Directive is issued to preclude uncommanded load jettison.
Amendment 1 reflects the revision status of the DGAC AD and includes reference to the Eurocopter SB.
