COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA (Civil Aviation Regulations 1998), PART 39 - 105 CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY AUTHORITY SCHEDULE OF AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVES
Eurocopter AS 332 (Super Puma) Series Helicopters
AD/S-PUMA/9 Electrical Power System 11/92
Applicability: All AS 332 helicopters, versions C, C1, L and L1, not modified per AMS 332A 07.26.044 or by kit No 332A.08.8133.
Requirement: Action in accordance with Eurocopter France Service Bulletin AS 332 No 24.20 dated 2 June 1992.
Note: DGAC AD 92-143-048(B) dated 8 July 1992 refers.
Compliance: Within 300 hours time in service or three calendar months from 15 October 1992, whichever occurs first.
Background: Eurocopter advises that that a pressurisation system hydraulic line was perforated, following continued interference with a wire harness. Compliance with this Directive removes the possibility of the wire harness interference with and subsequent failure of the hydraulic line.
