AD/SUPP/10 Breeze-Eastern Hoists 11/88
Applicability: All Breeze-Eastern rescue hoists.
Requirement: Action in accordance with Breeze-Eastern Alert Advisory Bulletin No. CAB-100-30. Compliance: In accordance with the Requirement Document. Background: The manufacturer has determined that damage to a particular area of the load cable may evade detection during normal inspection, which could result in a serious compromise of cable integrity. This AD introduces regular inspections which are intended to significantly improve the operational safety of the rescue hoist system.
