Applicability: As listed in the applicable Requirement Document.
Requirement: Action in accordance with Fairchild SBs SA226-32-055 or SA227-32-027 as applicable.
Note: FAA AD 90-05-06 R1 Amendment 39-6519 as revised by Amendment 39-6668 refers.
Compliance: Within 100 hours time in service after 12 July 1990 or at the next inspection for Maintenance Release issue after 12 July 1990 whichever is the later.
Background: There have been incidents overseas where the MLG doors have jammed against the nacelle and thus preventing gear extension.
Amendment 1 reflects the revised FAA AD status.
