Main Landing Gear Support Ribs 9/96
Applicability: Models TB9, TB10 and TB200 S/no 1 to 9999.
Requirement: Inspect and modify the Main Landing Gear ribs in accordance with SOCATA TB SB 10.085.57 Amdt.2.
Note: DGAC AD 94-265(A)R4 refers.
Compliance: In accordance with the Requirement Document with effect from 15 August 1996. Background: This directive is to ensure the integrity of the MLG support ribs. Amendment 1 varied the inspection procedure and included the TB200 in the Applicability.
Amendment 2 reflects the latest status of the Manufacturer's SB and the DGAC AD, which modify the modes of inspection depending on whether reinforcing of the wing structure has been carried out.
The original issue of this Airworthiness Directive became effective on 2 March 1995. Amendment 1 of this Airworthiness Directive became effective on 7 December 1995.
