Aerospatiale (Socata) TBM 700 Series Aeroplanes
AD/TBM 700/14 Side Trim Panel 13/95 DM
Applicability: S/N 24, 26, 27, 29 to 32, 34, and 36 to 106; as well as aircraft retrofitted with Mod 70-019-25, or STC No. SA2786CE.
Requirement: 1. Inspect the side trim panel and the roll control compass on the LH control wheel assembly for fouling, and ensure that the side trim panel is correctly fitted and secure in accordance with SOCATA TBM 700 SB 70-061-25.
2. Modify in accordance with SOCATA TBM 700 SB 70-061-25.
Note: DGAC AD 95-166(B) refers.
Compliance: 1. At each preflight inspection after 25 October, until modified.
2. Within 100 hours time in service after 25 October 1995.
This Directive must be entered onto the Maintenance Release as maintenance required. Paragraph 1. above may be performed by the pilot in command, in which case a certification is to be made by entering AD/TBM 700/14 against the Daily Inspection certification on the Maintenance Release at each preflight inspection. A copy of this Directive and of the Requirement Document must be carried in the aircraft. Any rectification required as a result of this inspection must be carried out and certified by an appropriately licensed LAME.
