AD/TBM 700/16 Main Landing Gear Inboard Doors 5/96 DM
Applicability: All aircraft with modification No. MOD 70-065-32 embodied or option No. OPT 70-57-001 installed.
Requirement: Remove the main landing gear inboard doors in accordance with SOCATA TBM 700 SB No. 70-073-32.
Note: DGAC AD 96-037(B) refers.
Compliance: Prior to 15 March 1996.
Background: This Directive is issued to avoid the possibility of the main landing gear remaining locked "up" due to the presence of corrosion products. Inboard door removal is an interim solution.
