SCHEDULE OF AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVES
AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE
For the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below issues the following Airworthiness Directive (AD) under subregulation 39.1 (1) of CASR 1998. The AD requires that the action set out in the requirement section (being action that the delegate considers necessary to correct the unsafe condition) be taken in relation to the aircraft or aeronautical product mentioned in the applicability section: (a) in the circumstances mentioned in the requirement section; and (b) in accordance with the instructions set out in the requirement section; and (c) at the time mentioned in the compliance section.

Applicability: Model TBM 700 aircraft, serial numbers 1 through 258, except serial numbers 205, 222, 252, and 256; that have accumulated less than 600 total flight hours.
Requirement: Check the affected pitot tube supply line and aileron control cable in accordance with EADS Socata Service Bulletin TBM 700 No. 70-105, dated June 2003.
Note: DGAC AD 2003-258(A) refers.
Compliance: Within 10 flight hours after 16 July 2003.
This Airworthiness Directive becomes effective on 16 July 2003.
Background: The manufacturer has determined that possible interference may exist between the right hand station pitot tube supply line and aileron control cable.
