AD/TSA-600/43 Fuselage Horizontal Stabiliser Attachment Fittings
Applicability: All models up to and including Airframe Number 0849.

Requirement: Inspect the forward and aft fuselage horizontal stabiliser attachment fittings, P/N 210006-001 and 210007-001, in accordance with the instructions in Aerostar Service Bulletin SB600-130.
Note: A copy of this Service Bulletin is held in the CASA District Offices.
Compliance: Initially inspect before 5 hours time in service after 16 October 1995. Re-inspect at intervals not to exceed 1 year.
Replace any fitting found cracked before further flight.
Note: The compliance time of this directive differs from that given in Aerostar SB600-130.
Background: The Authority has received a report of a very large crack in the fuselage horizontal stabiliser attachment fitting. Failure of the fitting may be catastrophic.
