Applicability: Revmaster R2100D engines fitted with ductile steel crankshafts.
Requirement: Replace cast crankshafts fitted to applicable engines with the equivalent forged crankshaft.
Compliance: Before installation in an aircraft.
Background: This Directive has been issued to reflect, in part, the requirements of cancelled Airworthiness Directive ANO 106 AD/REV/1A. The inspection requirements of AD/REV/1A are n ow contained in Airworthiness Directive ANO 106 AD/VW/1.
