Cessna T303 Series Aeroplanes
AD/CESSNA 303/8 Slick Pressurized Magnetos 4/89
Applicability: All Cessna T303 aircraft fitted with Slick model 6220 or 6224 pressurized magnetos.
Requirement: 1. Fabricate and install on the instrument panel in clear view of the pilot, a clearly legible placard with the following wording;
PRIOR TO EACH FLIGHT, CONDUCT MAGNETO CHECKS IN ACCORDANCE WITH AFM AMENDMENT INTRODUCED BY AD/CESSNA 303/9.
2. Action in accordance with Slick SB 1-88 Paragraph III, 100 hour inspection.
Note: AD/CESSNA 303/9, FAA AD 88-25-04 and Teledyne Continental Service Bulletin M88-14 also refer.
Compliance: 1. Within 100 hours TIS after 20 April 1989 and concurrent with AD/CESSNA 303/9.
2.a. Within 100 hours TIS after 20 April 1989, and then at intervals not exceeding 100 hours TIS following this initial inspection.
2.b. Whenever the magnetos fail the AFM check introduced by AD/CESSNA 303/9.
