Applicability: Model SA 365C, C1, C2, and C3, and 365N.
Requirement: Action in accordance with Eurocopter Telex Service No. 01.34 or 01.43 as applicable.
Note: DGAC ADs 95-112-040(B) and 95-107-039(B) R1 refer.
Compliance: Prior to further flight after 7 July 1995, thereafter in accordance with the Requirement Document.
Background: There have been in service reports of ruptured springs, which both DGAC and Eurocopter consider to be an urgent airworthiness matter.
