Applicability: All models SA 360, SA 361 and SA 365 equipped with the following: Rotating Fairings P/Nos: 360A33.1033.01 to .05 360A33.1034.20 to .27
360A33.1080.00 to .05
360A33.1081.00 to .05
Tail Rotor Hub P/Nos: 360A33.1010.02 to .15 Requirement: Inspect in accordance with Aerospatiale SA 360/365 S.B. No. 05.05.R1. Note: DGAC AD 83-200-19(b) refers.
Compliance: As detailed in the Requirement Document.
Note: This Directive shall be entered on the Maintenance Release as maintenance required. The inspection required by Para 1C(1) may be performed by the pilot in command, in which case certification is not required. A copy of the Requirement document shall be carried in the aircraft.
