Document: Dauphin Telex SB No. 05.06. Note: Magnetic particle inspection may be used in lieu of dye penetrant. Compliance: Within 10 hours time in service after 9 October 1981 and thereafter at intervals not exceeding 50 hours time in service. Background: There have been three cases of fatigue failure of the stabiliser spar tube on overseas operated helicopters.
