Fuel Tank Filler Cap - Modification 1/84 Requirement: 1. Provide a water-tight cover over each of the four fuel tank filler cap wells. The cover shall consist of a water-tight cap or lid, which may be opened to give unobstructed access to the fuel filler cap, hinged on a suitable mounting. The mounting shall make a water-tight seal with the wing skin. Compliance: Unless already accomplished, within 100 hours after 29 February 1984.
